We are currently looking for “Inside Sales Representative-HRMS” for our Noida location.Employment Type: Full TimeJob Position: Inside Sales Representative-HRMS salesJob Location: NoidaNo. of Opening: 1About UsWith more than 200+ people, 50+ products, 12000+ channel partners,17 million+ satisfied customers across 125+ countries, Unistal (www.unistal.com) provides SaaS based solution ( HRMS, Task Management, Asset Management, Activity Monitoring etc.), Data Security Products ( Data Recovery products, Anti-Virus Products, Data Care Products) and project management solutions for OIL, GAS, Water and other Utility verticals.Responsibilities & Duties· Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to prospective customers.· Understand the customer’s requirement and educate them about our solutions.· Provide accurate pricing estimates and explain service levels, turnaround times, and procedures.· Maintain a strong follow-up system for potential customers until closure.· Record all interactions, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.· Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while dealing with distressed customers.· Lead Generation, negotiation and collaboration with all stake holders.· Selling solutions to SMEs and Corporates.· Demonstration/ Presentation to Potential Customers.· Handling of Partners and Customers.· Win and manage clients and at all levels from all industries.· Utilizing existing networks and relationships to build new business.· Understand competitors and introduce sales strategy to penetrate these potential clients.· Experience in selling HRMS Solutions.Skills & QualificationsMBA Marketing & HR1–3 years of mandatory experience in inside sales selling-HRMS softwares , Telecalling, or Customer support (experience in HRMS is an advantage).Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English and local language).Strong customer service orientation and ability to explain technical processes in simple terms.Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and call handling systems.Salary: No bar for the right candidate
