We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in creating visually appealing designs for various projects, including digital marketing materials, social media graphics, print collateral, and more. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, and print.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
- Support the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design tools to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative discussions.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Prepare and format files for print and digital distribution.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take constructive feedback.
- Basic knowledge of web design and user experience principles is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work is required.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
