**Role Responsibilities**
- Design and edit engaging video content from raw material for various platforms including social media, websites, mobile and marketing campaigns.
- Create visually appealing video and graphic content aligns with client’s guidelines.
- Incorporate animations, effects, and sound to enhance video presentations and optimize content based on audience engagement metrics.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Ensure all designs are mobile-optimized and comply with web accessibility standards.
- Ensure consistency in design across all marketing materials, both online and offline.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards of video and graphic output.
- Meet project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with clients and cross functional team and execution timelines.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Film Production, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1-3 years as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous video and graphic projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as OBS, Premiere Pro, or Shortcut or similar.
- Experience with graphic design tools like Inkscape, Figma, Illustrator or similar.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation software to independently.
- Solid understanding of colour theory and typography.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and ability to adapt and implement feedback effectively.
- Familiarity with various video formats and publication standards.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for video marketing.
- Understanding of SEO principles related to video content.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends in video production and graphic design.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
