Black Page Fashion Host is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and creating visually stunning graphics and designs to support our clients' digital marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop creative assets that effectively communicate our clients' brand identity and messaging across various digital platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines to ensure designs align with client objectives.
- Develop creative concepts and innovative design solutions that resonate with the target audience and effectively communicate key messages.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables meet quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design skills and contribute fresh ideas to projects.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, offering constructive feedback and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and feedback, incorporating revisions and adjustments as needed to achieve client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience (4+ years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing, advertising agency or Fashion Industries.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with a focus on digital marketing collateral and branding.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Ability to think creatively, problem-solve, and translate concepts into compelling visual designs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
