**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately type and prepare legal documents related to property transfers, succession planning, and real estate transactions, including deeds, contracts, affidavits, and title transfer documents.
- Review and proofread documents for accuracy, ensuring all information is complete and in compliance with legal standards.
- Prepare supporting documents for real estate transactions, such as agreements, leases, Affidavits, Partnership Deed, letters of intent, etc.
- Coordinate with legal professionals, clients, and real estate agents to ensure timely submission and processing of documents.
- Ensure proper formatting of legal documents in accordance with company or regulatory requirements.
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing schedules, and assisting with office organization as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a typist or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the legal, real estate, or property sectors.
- Familiarity with legal and real estate terminology, especially related to property transfer, succession, and estate planning.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to handle large volumes of work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and document management software.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position.
- Office-based environment with standard working hours (e.g., 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday).

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
