**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare, sort, and compile documents for data entry.
- Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
- Generate periodic reports from databases as required.
- Support other administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and clarify information.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate degree in any field
- Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with databases.
- Fast typing speed with high accuracy (recommended 40-50 WPM or higher).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to handle large volumes of data in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and integrity.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
