**Job Overview**:
The Data Entry Clerk plays a critical role in managing and processing information into databases, spreadsheets, or software platforms. They ensure the accuracy and integrity of data input and perform basic administrative tasks related to data management. This role requires keen attention to detail, fast typing skills, and proficiency with data processing software.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Input**:

- Accurately input data from various source documents into electronic formats, including databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify the accuracy of data before entry, cross-checking for errors and discrepancies.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain databases by updating records regularly to reflect the most recent and accurate information.
- Organize and store paperwork, documents, and electronic files systematically for easy retrieval.
- **Quality Control**:

- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities, and ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Perform regular audits of data for accuracy and completeness.
- **Reporting**:

- Generate routine reports from data stored in databases or spreadsheets.
- Summarize data into useful reports as required by management.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide general office support, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless data flow and assist with various office tasks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
