Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Respond to leads, follow up with prospects, and schedule client meetings
- Conduct property presentations and site visits
- Explain features, advantages, pricing, and terms of real estate projects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients until deal closure
- Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for smooth lead handling
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate or direct sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
- Ability to work independently and handle clients with confidence
- Must be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits
- Proficiency in local language and basic computer skills
- Qualification: Graduate (any stream preferred)
