**Required Qualifications**:

- ** Experience**:

- At least **10 years** of professional experience in IT, with a focus on **Power Platform** technologies (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Proven experience as a **Power Platform Architect** or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful automation solutions.
- ** Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in **Power Automate** (Desktop and Cloud flows), **Power Apps**, and **Power BI**.
- Experience with **Azure** and other Microsoft technologies (e.g., Dynamics 365, SharePoint, SQL Server).
- Strong understanding of **REST APIs** and experience with system integrations.
- Knowledge of **Power Platform governance**, security, and best practices.
- Familiarity with **SQL**, data modeling, and database integration with Power Platform.
- ** Soft Skills**:

- Excellent **communication** and **collaboration skills**; able to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong **problem-solving** abilities, with a strategic mindset and ability to think through complex challenges.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
