About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement business solutions using Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate will have strong technical capabilities, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient Power Platform applications.

Key Responsibilities PowerApps Development

  • Design and build Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Portal Apps
  • Create reusable components and responsive UI layouts
  • Integrate PowerApps with Data Sources (Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, APIs, etc.)

Power Automate (Flow)

  • Develop automated workflows for business processes
  • Connect Power Automate with email, SharePoint, Dataverse, Teams, Outlook, and external systems
  • Optimize flows for performance, error handling, and reliability

Dataverse / SharePoint / SQL

  • Model and design data structures within Dataverse
  • Implement relational tables, business rules, and security roles
  • Integrate Power Platform with SharePoint lists/libraries or SQL databases

Power BI (Optional but Preferred)

  • Build dashboards and reports for business analytics
  • Create data models, measures (DAX), and automated refresh cycles

General Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications
  • Implement governance, security roles, and environment best practices
  • Troubleshoot, support, and enhance existing Power Platform solutions
  • Follow SDLC processes and documentation standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform
  • Strong expertise in PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint
  • Experience with PowerFx, JSON, REST APIs, and Office 365 integration
  • Understanding of connectors, environment management, and DLP policies
  • Good problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Power BI dashboards
  • Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and AAD App Registrations
  • Experience automating workflows in Dynamics 365
  • Basic understanding of cloud architecture (Azure services)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
