**Office Timings**:10 AM to 7.30 PM

**Working days**:Monday to Friday
- Record of Day to Day entries of Sale bills / Client Order / Client Fees proposal / Receipt of client payment / O/s payment of client / Vendor
- Correspondence to Client via Mail / Phone for status of proposal / Quotation / Sale bill / O/s payment / documentation / etc.
- Reconciliation’s of Clients / Vendor Ledger if required
- Daily reporting to Senior of day to day activities
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation
- Maintaining the Vendor billing statement & outstanding
- GST & TDS Calculation & process the payment on time to time
- Monthly statement of Sale / Purchase / GST / TDS to be sent to CA / Auditors

**Desired Profile/Skills**
- Good knowledge of **Tally & MS office** to preparing the daily report
