Role Overview

TOXLAB is seeking an experienced and detail oriented
Sales Coordinator
to support our scientific sales operations. This role will involve coordinating client interactions, managing proposals, tracking leads, and ensuring smooth collaboration across internal teams. Ideal for someone with a life sciences background and strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to provide timely, accurate responses
  • Prepare and maintain quotations, proposals, and related sales documentation
  • Track sales leads, opportunities, and follow-ups using CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
  • Schedule client meetings, virtual demos, and field visits
  • Support the sales team in documentation, reporting, and customer communication
  • Monitor industry and competitor trends to assist in identifying new opportunities
  • Maintain up-to-date records and generate regular sales performance reports

Qualifications

  • M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacy (Pharmacology/Toxicology), or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or client servicing in the life sciences, pharma, or consulting sector
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Zoho preferred), MS Office, and virtual collaboration tools
  • Ability to grasp and communicate complex scientific services clearly
  • Willingness to work full-time on-site in Goregaon East, Mumbai
