**Lighting Advisor at AURA**

The position is for a Lighting Advisor
You will be working for a high profile lighting showroom which deals with lighting fixtures from
European, Japanese and Indian brands. You will also be selling lighting design.

:

- Lead front line sales of the company's products and services.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual business targets
- Work on assigned leads and generate referrals.
- Should be able to visit prospective clients and suggest suitable lighting solutions
- Meet Architects and Interior designers to develop key accounts and business relationships to generate consistent business in lighting design and products.
- Achieve sales targets assigned by the organization on a monthly basis

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Kannada /

Hindi is desirable
- Target oriented positive and forward thinking attitude customer service oriented high levels of confidence
- Persuasive and determined

**QUALIFICATION : MBA / PG**

**PREFERRED BUT NOT NECESSARY: BACKGROUND IN INTERIOR DESIGN, LIGHTING**
**SALES.**

**Experience required : 1-5 years in sales adds value.**

OTHER DETAILS:

- Salary to be discussed plus attractive incentives based upon targets
- Fuel expenses for client meetings are borne by Aura

Clients include Chief ministers of Karnataka, film and sports celebrities and 5 star hotels,
MNC's and High end residences.
- Aura is a part of the "Tallam group", which has been in business for 120 years in Bangalore and 19 years in Lighting, successfully executed nearly 75,000 projects
