Azure Cloud Architect

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days.

Location : Chennai/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad.

Mandatory Skillset :

- Designing, implementing, and managing Azure cloud infrastructure Architect.

- Excellent experience on PAAS services, Dynatrace implementation and monitoring, large cloud deployments, Native tools in Azure (Azure Monitor, Services Health and Azure Advisor).

- Strong understanding of features and capabilities of the Microsoft Cloud Platform (Security, Firewalls, RedisCache, Key Vault, Service Bus, ASR, Networking, OMS, Blob Storage, Resource Groups, NSG, Application Insights, SQL Server, Sql DB, Load-Balancers, front doors, Cosmos DB accounts, Terraform, Automation stuffs like using of PowerBi and PowerShell scripting).

About the Role :

- We are looking for an Azure Cloud Architect with an experience of 10+ years on Designing, implementing, and managing Azure cloud infrastructure as per clients business requirements.

- Experience in PAAS services, Dynatrace implementation and monitoring, large cloud deployments, Native tools in Azure such as Azure Monitor, Services Health and Azure Advisor.

- Preferably expertise in Microsoft :

- Designing, implementing, and managing Azure cloud infrastructure as per clients business requirements.

- Excellent experience on PAAS services, Dynatrace implementation and monitoring, large cloud deployments, Native tools in Azure (Azure Monitor, Services Health and Azure Advisor).

- Architecting and Developing cloud solutions.

- Ensuring the security, scalability, and reliability of the Azure environment.

- Promoting and evangelizing Azure cloud computing.

- Working with IT professionals and other related team members.

- Strong understanding of features and capabilities of the Microsoft Cloud Platform (Security, Firewalls, RedisCache, Key Vault, Service Bus, ASR, Networking, OMS, Blob Storage, Resource Groups, NSG, Application Insights, SQL Server, Sql DB, Load-Balancers, front doors, Cosmos DB accounts, Terraform, Automation stuffs like using of PowerBi and PowerShell scripting).

- Understanding on Kubernetes architecture.

- Understanding of cost-saving strategies and implementation for IaaS and PaaS solutions.

- Continuously monitor cloud expenditures and identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising performance or scalability.

- Identify automation opportunities to drive cost efficiencies across cloud environments.

- Drive architecture and technical discussion to lead cloud security, privacy, and compliance decisions scale, performance, agility, HA/DR considerations.

- Guide the team in setting up and managing monitoring and observability tools to ensure system reliability and performance.

- Implement CI/CD based application development methodology using tools like Jenkins/TFS/PowerShell.

- Work with clients to ensure smooth and successful implementation, delivery and deployment of complex solutions like Dynatrace, Finops, and IBM Turbonomic.

Job Description :

- Lead a group of architects, provide them direction & help with implementing an Azure cloud architecture solution, and oversee issues such as migration.

- Executing the hands-on implementation of proposed solutions and providing technical guidance to teams during the solutions development and deployment phases.

- Share information and guidance on engineering methodologies, standards, and best practices proactively with the team members e : g : Application migrations, Terraform, Powerbi tools.

- Drive, Plan and Develop blueprints and deliverables that help customers in advancing their Azure Cloud capabilities, involving both new solutions and migration of existing solutions.

- Collaborate and guide other team members to design and develop end-to-end processes aligning with the defined architecture.

- Regularly improve processes ensuring that high-quality information is delivered, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the AZURE architecture.

- Solid solution architecture and light development skillsyou will need to be able to deliver deep technical content and at the same time bridge that technical knowledge with mature, business discussions.

- Understanding about the challenges and considerations to be catered for while migrating applications from on-premises to Azure.

- Knowledge of migrating applications to Cloud using Tools like AppZero, ASR etc will be nice to have.

Qualifications for azure architect :

- Should have consulting experience designing and delivering Microsoft infrastructure Strong understanding of network protocols/services and network infrastructures, Azure-Arc, Azure platform engineering, understanding of DevOps profile.

- Minimum 7 years of Microsoft engineering experience in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment.

- Deep Microsoft technical skills and strong technical delivery of complex projects through a proven methodology such as MOF, Agile, ITIL, TOGAF or similar project approaches.

- Below 3 certifications are must for this profile.

- Az-900 (Microsoft Azure Fundamentals).

- Az-104 (Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate).

- Az-305 (Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect).
