**AM - Logistics (Last mile)**

**Job Description -**

1. Maintain logistic operations (pickups/Deliveries/Refund/Return/Social Media escalations)

2. To increase the conversion of BPR -Buyer positive response.

3. To manage the last mile delivery pendency & close the same as per SLA.

4. To work on FASR & RASR & increase the percentage of both segments.

5. To reduce the RTO % of escalations & pendency.

6. Prepare weekly pick up & delivery performance with deep analysis & find the RCA to fix the same with ops team

7. Maintain the SLA for each and every shipment to be received at customer premises within scheduled time.

8. Facilitate communication and coordination with different teams and coordinate for the creation of a schedule that meets all stakeholders’ expectations and concerns.

9. To review the performance on daily basis & drive the RCA city wise & take up with courier so that pick up performance would be aligned within TAT

10. Ensuring all the operational SOP’s are followed and timely audit is conducted.

11. Increasing the business opportunities with major clients by adding new lanes for transaction and increasing the load with better services

12. To handle the various kind of escalations: - Claim cases /Delivery /RTO Delivery

13. Monitor the performance of various courier independently.

14. Perform pin code Analysis to improve the delivery percentage

15. Established strong relationship with clients and scrutinized their performance

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
