**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and introduce Anil Engineering’s products and services. Identify and qualify prospects based on their needs and interests.
- **Sales Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up calls between the sales team and clients. Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotes, and other documentation as needed.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and current information about leads, prospects, and customer interactions. Ensure data integrity and manage records efficiently.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, and customer feedback. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Support the team in achieving sales targets and business goals.

**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in tele-sales or customer service roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and products is a plus.
