Recruitment & Sales Telecaller

**About the role**:
Your main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to the existing customers as well as potential customers. As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling sales as well as recruitment over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company.
To be successful as a telecaller, you should be able to convince even the toughest of individuals to purchase our offerings. A remarkable telecaller will suggest ways in which clients' feedback can be utilized to improve our services.
**Job Role**:
- To convert these leads positive and to generate more leads from the people out called.
- To maintain MIS / enter the details of every interaction in the system/ good knowledge of excel is preferred.
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
- Build a strong relationship / trust with clients by understanding the clients requirements and suggesting the right product to the Clients.
- Selling product over the phone and achieve the targeted sales numbers & value, set quality parameters
- Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the products.
- Understand the Clients requirements, encourage them to upgrade, renewal and follow up.
- Address all the issues / grievances of clients, & partners and to provide relevant information.
