**Key Responsibilities**:
- Research and understand client needs and offer customized solutions.
- Schedule meetings and demos with potential clients for senior team members.
- Maintain and update the CRM (Bitrix24 or equivalent) with leads, contacts, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with marketing to create engaging campaigns to attract leads.
- Achieve monthly targets and report performance to the team lead/manager.
- Build strong relationships with prospects for long-term engagement.
**Who Can Apply**:
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales, business development, or marketing.
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BCom, MBA, or equivalent preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
