**Position: Customer Service Executives**

**Location**: Andheri, Mumbai

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday

**Working Hours**:10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

**Responsibilities**:

- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively address customer queries and concerns.
- Order Processing: Assist customers with order placements, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Accurately log all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communication with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, technical support, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer service.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product changes and enhancements, as well as to share best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Work Environment**:
Office-based position located in Andheri, Mumbai.

Standard workweek from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
