**Job Summary**:
The Store & Purchase Executive is responsible for managing inventory and procurement operations. This role ensures the timely purchase of goods and services while maintaining optimal stock levels in the store. The position requires strong coordination skills to liaise with suppliers, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth supply chain operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily store operations including receiving, storing, and issuing of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are regularly updated.
- Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs and timelines.
- Source suppliers, negotiate prices, and prepare purchase orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and follow up with vendors for delays or discrepancies.
- Monitor material usage and forecast future requirements.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Ensure proper storage and tagging of materials to prevent loss or damage.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding procurement and storage.
- Generate periodic reports on inventory levels, purchasing activity, and cost control.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
