
F&B Executive

The F&B Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department. The role involves ensuring high-quality service standards, assisting in managing staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting the F&B Manager in achieving revenue targets and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily F&B operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
- Ensure excellent guest service standards, addressing and resolving guest complaints promptly.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing F&B promotions, events, and special functions.
- Monitor staff performance, provide training, and ensure adherence to service standards.
- Support in preparing F&B budgets, controlling costs, and monitoring stock usage.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards in all F&B outlets.
- Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments for smooth service.
- Maintain records of sales, wastage, staff schedules, and inventory.
- Assist the F&B Manager in analyzing sales trends, preparing reports, and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
- Uphold company policies, grooming standards, and ensure a positive work culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards, menu planning, and hospitality trends.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle guest complaints and provide quick, effective solutions.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
