About the Role:
The Medical Superintendent will be a cornerstone of our hospital's operations, ensuring seamless coordination of medical services and fostering a culture of quality, innovation, and compassion. This pivotal role requires a strong leader with expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the hospital's clinical and administrative functions.

Maintain and implement protocols to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.

Lead and mentor medical and nursing staff to uphold our commitment to compassionate care.

Collaborate with department heads to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Drive initiatives that align with the hospital’s vision of delivering world-class cancer care.
- MBBS with a postgraduate degree in Hospital Administration or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a multi-specialty hospital.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A patient-first approach combined with strategic thinking.
- Familiarity with NABH accreditation standards and government healthcare schemes like Ayushman Bharat is a plus.

Pay: From ₹80,000.00 per month
