Aston Gate Real Estate is a boutique property advisory firm originally founded in Canada and now rapidly expanding in Dubai. We specialize in luxury, off-plan, and investment properties — and we’re building a lean, world-class marketing infrastructure to drive our international growth.

We’re hiring a **Creative Content & Media Designer** to help us bring our brand to life across platforms. This role is ideal for a highly visual, organized, and trend-savvy designer with experience in short-form video and modern real estate aesthetics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design Meta and Google ad creatives (carousel, vertical, square)
- Edit short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Build high-converting WhatsApp carousels and flipbook assets
- Format property launch PDFs and branded project presentations
- Collaborate with the content strategist and leadership on campaign ideas

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in design for digital marketing
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva (must)
- Strong skills in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- A strong design portfolio (real estate or lifestyle branding preferred)
- Organized, responsive, and able to meet fast-paced deadlines
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

**Nice to Have**:

- Familiarity with real estate design formats
- Basic animation or motion graphics
- Prior experience with remote global teams
