**About Park Tutoring**

**Position Summary**

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented **Graphic Designer** to join our team You’ll be responsible for creating visually compelling content that supports our marketing campaigns, student outreach, internal branding, and online presence. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your design skills to a company that’s making a difference in students’ lives.

**Responsibilities**
- Design digital and print marketing materials including flyers, social media graphics, newsletters, banners, and promotional ads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging visual content for tutor recruitment, client outreach, and student engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visuals and platforms.
- Support the creation of templates for social media and communications.
- Provide design input for website updates and landing pages when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or tools like Canva, Figma, or similar.
- Strong eye for layout, typography, color theory, and brand identity.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with educational or youth-oriented brands is a plus.
- Bonus: Video editing or motion graphics skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects).

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Degree or certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Experience in educational, nonprofit, or service-based organizations.
- Familiarity with social media content trends (especially Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube).
