Customer Service Officer - Company Formation, Visa Quota, Visa Apply

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Assistance and Guidance:

- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

2. Document Verification and Compliance:

- Review customer-submitted documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Verify the authenticity of documents and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Identify any discrepancies or issues and guide customers on resolving them.
- Maintain accurate records of all document submissions and related communication.

3. Liaison and Coordination:

- Ensure smooth and timely processing of documents through effective coordination.

4. Process Improvement:

- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions to streamline operations.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and suggest enhancements to improve the customer experience.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to document clearance.
- Proactively contribute to the development and implementation of improved customer service strategies.

5. Administrative Tasks:

- Maintain accurate and organized customer records, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare and generate reports, statistics, and other relevant documentation as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information and documents.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems, databases, and office software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Fluency in additional languages may be beneficial, depending on the customer demographic.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
