We are looking for a Female Office Assistant who will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support.
To be successful as a Office Assistant, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional appearance. These skills will prove invaluable when mediating with customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing customers and offering best customer support.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Planning and scheduling delivery with customers & delivery dept.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Seeking customer's feedbacks to understand what areas of company's service need improvements.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
**Requirements**:
- A bachelor’s degree in any field.
- A minimum of 0-1 years experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with team and Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Computer & Social media skills.
