**Sales Intern at Notetech Software**

**Educational Qualification : BBA/BBM/MBA + BTech/ Any computer science graduates**

As a Sales Intern at Notetech Software, you will play a vital role in introducing our CEO to prospective clients who are interested in outsourcing. Your primary objective will be to facilitate client introductions or, at a higher level, to close the deals. This position reports directly to the CEO and requires daily reporting and timekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify prospective clients interested in outsourcing development work and research their business needs and goals.
- Educate prospective clients about the unique capabilities and expertise of Notetech in the field of software development outsourcing. Clearly articulate the benefits of partnering with Notetech, such as cost savings, access to specialized talent, and accelerated project timelines.
- Arrange meetings, calls, or virtual presentations between the Notetech CEO and the management of prospective clients.
- Perform daily reporting and ensure accurate timesheet entry for efficient tracking and documentation.
- Collaborate with Notetech's bench team to allocate available resources to client projects across various technologies and domains.
- Utilize a spreadsheet file to track bench resources and demonstrate potential cost savings to clients.
- As part of your responsibilities, you will be expected to facilitate a specific number of client introductions within specific timeframes:

- Facilitate a minimum of 2 client introductions in the first month.
- Increase to 4 client introductions in the second month.
- Further, increase to 6 client introductions by the third month.
- Aim to achieve approximately 7-8 client introductions by the fourth month.
- When collecting client leads, please keep the following client types in mind:

- Client Type 1 - Software Product Company:_
- The ideal client is a profitable software product company with a minimum annual turnover of one million USD.
- They should maintain a dedicated project manager and staff at their facility to effectively manage and monitor the work of Notetech resources.
- Notetech resources will exclusively work from the Notetech development center in Kochi, India.
- The outsourcing contract should have a minimum duration of one year, and the engagement can begin with a minimum of one resource hired for one year, with the flexibility to scale as needed.
- Client Type 2 - Information Technology (IT) Department of Companies:_
- The ideal client is a profitable company with an annual turnover of at least USD 4 million.
- Notetech resources will work exclusively from the Notetech development center in Kochi, India. Therefore, the client should have its own IT team in the US.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work closely with the CEO and follow reporting protocols
- Proficient in using spreadsheets for resource management
- Passionate in sales and business development
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
