The goal of Amazon Core Exports is to provide customers anywhere in the world access to a frictionless shopping experience aligned with Amazon’s brand promise to offer vast selection, great prices, and shopping convenience. We aim to delight cross-border (XB) customers by delivering a localized and personalized shopping experience, and a reliable and accurate delivery experience.

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Site Merchandiser to join on a contract for 11-month (full time). We are committed to provide coaching to help develop your skills.

Key job responsibilities
- Responsible for reviewing and updating the onsite content and managing onsite operation plans to avoid defects.
- Create on-brand, best in class content, tailored to appropriate customers.
- Effectively build and publish content using internal tools.
- Analyze performance of site content, report and seeking ways to improve.
- Work closely with internal teams to meet business needs.
- Contribute to outbound channel efforts.
- Customer obsession
- High attention to detail, including precise and effective customer communications
- Superior verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to execute compelling merchandising campaigns
- Ability to analyze results of merchandising efforts

About the team
Core Exports (CE) Marketing team focuses on driving awareness, consideration, demand and engagement for cross-border (XB) customers through branded, personalized, relevant and timely messaging based on customer insights. We manage different marketing channels including growth channels focusing on Mobile Growth, fixed marketing along with automated traffic channels such as Free Search, Paid Search, Shopping Ads, and Associates. We have owned & operated marketing channels that manage the onsite and outbound channels to build experiences that delight and inspire XB customers while being operationally efficient.
