Shopify Merchandising & Retention Manager – Luxury Jewellery

Elevé Diamonds is India's first design-first grown-diamond luxury house, blending a century of Tibarumal heritage with modern sophistication. We are expanding our digital team to deliver a world-class online shopping experience for our fine jewellery collections.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Shopify specialist from the jewellery or luxury fashion industry to own our online storefront and customer lifecycle.

This role combines category & catalog management, on-site merchandising, and retention marketing to keep our website fresh, conversion-ready, and aligned with Elevè's luxury positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update the Shopify storefront—product listings, collections, navigation and on-site merchandising.

Plan and execute seasonal promotions, launches, and category campaigns, ensuring visuals and copy match luxury standards.

Coordinate with design and content teams for homepage layouts, banners and UX improvements.

Implement and optimise retention marketing flows (Klaviyo, HubSpot, WhatsApp, email automation) for repeat purchase and loyalty.

Monitor analytics and funnel performance to improve conversion rates and customer lifetime value.

Maintain impeccable site hygiene and ensure every touchpoint reflects premium jewellery presentation.

What We're Looking For

Background in fine jewellery or high-end fashion e-commerce is mandatory.

3–5 years of hands-on Shopify experience, including product catalog management and merchandising.

Working knowledge of CRM and retention tools (Klaviyo, HubSpot, WhatsApp, or similar).

Strong eye for luxury aesthetics and user-experience details.

Analytical mindset with the ability to track and act on data.

Location

Hyderabad – in-office role at Elevè Diamonds HQ.
