**Your Role**:

- **As an SAP Architect Team Lead, you will bring deep technical expertise in SAP BASIS and SAP architecture to design, implement, and optimize robust SAP solutions. You will**:

- **Architect scalable and secure SAP infrastructure aligned with business goals.**:

- **Lead SAP BASIS operations including system installations, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.**:

- **Ensure high availability and disaster recovery planning for SAP systems.**:

- **Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest SAP technologies and innovations.**:

- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP landscape integration.**

**Your Responsibility**:

- **9 to 12 Years of experience, In this leadership role, you will not only drive technical excellence but also foster a collaborative and high-performing offshore team environment.**:

- **Lead and mentor the offshore SAP BASIS team, ensuring continuous growth and development.**:

- **Manage end-to-end SAP project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.**:

- **Act as a key liaison between offshore and onshore teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.**:

- **Participate in client calls to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.**:

- **Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.**
