Whom do We Need?
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients
Making 80-100 Calls per Day
Identify and qualify sales opportunities through research and direct outreach
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by engaging with decision-makers and influencers
Present and articulate the value proposition, services, and offerings to potential clients
Schedule and conduct virtual and in-person meetings with clients
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies and campaigns
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries professionally
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Premium
Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
