Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales and digital networking? Do you enjoy engaging with people and building meaningful business relationships? We’re looking for an ambitious **Sales Trainee** to join our growing team and help us bring top-tier design solutions to innovative brands across the globe.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- **Lead Generation & Outreach**: Identify and connect with potential clients on platforms like **LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant social media channels**.
- **Engagement**: Initiate conversations, pitch our services, and follow up with leads consistently.
- **Sales Funnel Management**: Track, nurture, and qualify leads through the sales pipeline.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Confidently handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- **CRM & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of communication and regularly update internal sales dashboards.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English fluency is a must).
- A confident, self-driven personality with the ability to initiate and manage conversations.
- Passion for sales, digital outreach, and social platforms like LinkedIn.
- Ability to learn quickly, handle rejections positively, and keep moving forward.
- Bonus: Basic understanding of creative/design/marketing services.
