**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for a **Social Media Manager** who knows how to lead strategy, ride trends, and build a brand voice people trust. You’ll manage our content calendar, grow our presence, and launch campaigns that actually convert.

**Key Responsibilities**:
→ Build and manage monthly content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)
→ Spot, apply, and adapt to emerging trends and viral formats
→ Work closely with designers, editors, and writers to bring content to life
→ Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs that drive clicks and saves
→ Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, leads) and improve over time
→ Handle community engagement — comments, DMs, mentions — quickly and with brand tone
→ Plan and run seasonal campaigns, product launches, and influencer collaborations

**Requirements**:
→ 2-4 years of experience in social media management
→ Deep understanding of content strategy, platform algorithms, and analytics
→ Strong writing and storytelling skills — especially for short-form content
→ Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Suite, Buffer, Later, etc.)
→ Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
→ Bonus: Experience with beauty, wellness, or D2C brands
