An education counselor's job is to guide students through their academic and personal lives, helping them succeed. Their responsibilities include:

- **Academic support**: Providing tutoring, group meetings, and one-on-one sessions
- **Personalized learning plans: Creating plans that address each student's needs and goals**:

- **Monitoring progress: Keeping track of students' grades, transcripts, and other feedback**:

- **Mental health: Helping students develop coping strategies for stress, anxiety, and other challenges**:

- **Feedback: Providing feedback to parents and staff on teaching practices and lesson plans**:

- **Staying up to date: Keeping informed about educational trends, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities**:

- **Assessments: Evaluating students' strengths, weaknesses, interests, and capabilities**:

- **Goal setting: Helping students set attainable goals and develop useful skills**:

- **Student records: Keeping student records secure and following up with students throughout the school year**:

- **Communication: Communicating with school staff and psychologists, and collaborating with instructors on individual student plans**

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
