**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of serialization solutions to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee the integration of TL-Serialization Any Serialization and Antares systems to streamline operations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for serialization-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of serialization systems with existing processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for serialization processes and systems to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of serialization systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor team members on the use and maintenance of serialization systems to build internal expertise.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements in serialization technology to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
- Ensure all serialization processes comply with regulatory requirements to maintain the companys reputation and avoid penalties.
- Work closely with the Research and Development team to incorporate serialization solutions into new product designs.
- Support the Medical Devices team by providing serialization expertise to enhance product safety and traceability.
- Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of serialization-related initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on serialization projects and address any concerns.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong technical skills in TL-Serialization Any Serialization and Antares.
- Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a related field.
- Demonstrate experience in Research and Development or Medical Devices is a plus.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Show proficiency in project management and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Display strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
