Job Description and Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer support role is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.
