We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Billing and Cashier Operator to join our restaurant located at IIT Kharagpur in West Bengal.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process Customer Transactions
- Billing and Invoicing
- Customer Service Excellence and Staff Supervision
- Cash Management
- Inventory Management
- Record-Keeping and Reporting

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent is required (Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferable)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar billing and cashier operator role.
- Strong mathematical and numerical skills.
- Proficient in using electronic cash registers and billing software.
- Knowledge of various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce them in the workplace.

**Salary**: 15,000 to 20,000 INR per month, based on experience and qualifications.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
