Role & responsibilities

  • Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams for material supply.
  • Ensure timely dispatches and maintain 95%+ OTIF performance.
  • Oversee 3rd-party quality inspection and compliance before dispatch.
  • Handle documentation invoices, TCs, e-way bills, and dispatch records.
  • Ensure packaging standardization and adherence to QA guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: 25 years in dispatch, logistics, supply chain, or operations (preferably steel/TMT/building materials).
  • Background: From manufacturing, construction material, or steel industry.
  • Location: Based in or near Kharagpur, West Bengal.
  • Skills: Dispatch coordination, vendor management, logistics tracking, documentation, quality compliance, Excel reporting.
