**Summary**:
Operate, monitor, and maintain a 6-station horizontal nut former cold forging machine to produce high-quality fasteners and components according to production specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and align dies, punches, and tools for multi-station cold forging processes.
- Operate the machine to form nuts or fasteners from raw material, ensuring proper material feeding and synchronization of stations.
- Perform quality checks on finished products, including dimensional accuracy and surface defects.
- Monitor machine performance, identify, and troubleshoot mechanical issues during operation.
- Conduct regular maintenance, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of machine components.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of forging processes.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical specifications.
- Experience with machine setup, operation, and maintenance (preferably in cold forging or similar manufacturing).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Adherence to workplace safety standards.

This role is ideal for individuals with a background in manufacturing and a passion for working with high-speed mechanical systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
