**Description**: We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor who will supervise, organise, control and lead the safe execution of all manufacturing activities and ensure the achievement of production and quality targets in accordance with plans. 1. Production Responsibilities ? Ensure adherence to Daily Dispatch Target ? Ensure zero-critical customer complaints ? Execution of Advance Production planning ? Monitor Hourly Targets ? Ensure Quality Level ? Investigate and resolve manufacturing related problems and sub-standard performance ? Enforce safety and safety regulations ? Knowledge and flexibility to work at any production line ? Implement cost-saving strategies and techniques-CI/Kaizen ? Ensure production plans are completed by a certain time ? Ensure all repair issues are resolved within timelines ? Evaluate condition of production equipment take corrective action where necessary ? Compile and analyse production records ? Strictly adhere to Organization operation policies & guidelines 2. Workforce Management ? Help manufacturing staff achieve company goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results ? Report any unsafe equipment, working conditions and practices to the Production Head ? Enforce company policies and guidelines ? Conduct operators’ multitasking ? Assist workers by offering personal growth opportunities ? Counsel employees on how to achieve an optimal output or work flow ? Resolve issues and disputes between manufacturing employees ? Create and maintains professional schedules ? Communicate with and assist other manufacturing departments as needed ? Maintain a clean and safe environment for all workers Qualifications & Experience ? Any bachelor’s degree with 3 - 5 years of manufacturing experience. Previous experience as Production Supervisor will be an added advantage ? Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools ? Quick learner with proven ability to learn how to operate different machines and processes involved in the production process ? Proactive and goal-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines ? Excellent organizational and leadership skills ? Resourceful, energetic and driven ? Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision ?
