Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vacuum Metallizing Supervisor located in Roorkee. The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the vacuum metallizing process, ensuring optimal performance of equipment, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with the production team. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring operations, troubleshooting issues, conducting regular maintenance, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in vacuum metallizing processes and equipment operation
  • Knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
  • Technical troubleshooting and maintenance skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Relevant technical diploma or degree in a related field
  • Experience in the plastics manufacturing industry is a plus
