- Fix any problems associate with the boiler and chillers and perform minor maintain on off shifts when maintain personnel are not present.
- Maintain mechanical parameters of the boiler and condensers.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engage in maintenance and repair of stationary steam boilers and boiler house auxiliaries.
- Perform PMs on equipment and carrying out work-orders.
- Prepare weekly schedules of plan maintenance system PMS.
- Perform LOTO of equipment for maintenance and valve operations.
