**Responsibilities**:

- Modelling and texturing assets and characters based on concepts arts, actual reference images and project specifications.
- Create fantastic 3D assets that will work across various platforms and technical limitations.
- Follow design guidelines, asset naming conventions and other technical constraints.
- Prototype and iterate on models and characters based on feedback from team members.
- Create textures and UV maps.
- Optimize, refine and correct model geometry.
- Rig models and characters for animation
- Work with artists and team leads to execute projects on time

**Requirements/ Skills**
- Competency with Blender is a must.
- Software Knowledge: Blender (MUST) | Other softwares (in order of preference): Maya, 3Ds Max, After Effects
- Should have sound understanding on all aspects of 3d production pipeline
- Should have prior experience in rigging and animation
- Should have experience of rendering animations with Cycles renderer in Blender
- Highly competent in UV unwrapping and achieving appropriate texel density
- Competent in high res to low res baking (this includes all relevant maps, not just normals)
- An eye for detail
- Able to work with mínimal concepts to complete assets
- SUBMIT PORTFOLIO (include a link to your reel and samples) that reflects a good balance of hard surface and organic modeling/sculpting in Blender
- Knowledge of programming will be a plus.

**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS**:High school/ diploma

**KPI’s and KRA’s**
- Solution finder
- Troubleshoot any technical issues or bugs in software
- Daily activity reports must be submitted at the end of the day with details about project(s) worked on, asset creation, research or any idea conceived for in-house project etc.
- Drive to learn new software features and adapt to evolving software programs.
- Stay abreast of latest developments in 3d content development with approach to find alternatives to fasten the production pipeline.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
