**Responsibilities**:

- Execution of equity capital market transactions including mainboard Initial Public Offerings (IPO), and other fundraising / advisory services
- Assist the team with the regulatory process for IPO and handle due diligence and pre/post processes
- Sound knowledge of SEBI and capital market-related regulations
- Drafting, documentation, and Liaoning with regulators, stock exchanges, legal firms, etc
- Carrying out complete due diligence exercise for IPOs
- Have a good pulse of the capital markets across sectors to identify current / ongoing IPO

**Key Requirements**
- MBA from a reputed institute /CA / CFA
- 5 - 8 years of relevant work experience
- Should have experience in IPO execution
- Good with numbers & having a quantitative aptitude
- Pleasing personality and industry network are desirable
- Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good negotiation skills and team-working skills
