We are seeking a highly experienced anddynamic professional to join their Investment Banking Team as MD/ Director –Investment Banking & Head of Healthcare & Pharma Sector Coverage. Thisleadership role will focus on the coverage of Healthcare & Pharma sectorand drive strategic origination and execution of Equity Capital Markets (ECM)transactions, with an emphasis on IPOs, QIPs follow on offering etc.Key ResponsibilitiesLead coverage across Healthcare &Pharma sector including IT Services, Healthcare & Pharma, SAAS, Telecom andallied sub -sectors.Originate and execute ECM transactionsincluding IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, and other capital market activities.Build and nurture strong relationships withcorporates, financial investors, sovereign funds, and government bodies.Manage end -to -end execution of complextransactions such as restructuring, corporate strategy, fund -raising, andnegotiations.Collaborate with leadership teams to expandmandates in PE, M&A, and Structured Finance within the four sectors.Develop and implement strategies to position company as a trusted client partner and lifecycle banker.Mentor and guide junior team members tobuild talent depth and team capability.Ensure compliance with regulatoryframeworks and internal governance during all transactions. RequirementsQualificationsMBA (Finance), CA, or relevant postgraduatedegree from a reputed institute.Minimum 10 years of Investment Bankingexperience, with a strong focus on ECM and Healthcare & Pharma sectors.Demonstrated success in leading ECMtransactions and a deep understanding of Indian capital markets.Extensive industry network with provenstakeholder management skills.Exceptional analytical, leadership, andcommunication abilities.Required SkillsStrong expertise in Equity Capital Markets(ECM).Proven track record in IPO, dealorigination, and execution.Leadership and mentoring experience.Preferred SkillsExperience managing complex, large -scaletransactions.Strong analytical, problem -solving, andpresentation skills.
