Team /BD/self
- Assist tele calling of leads generated for clients whenever support required.
- Prepare quotations and follow up quotation prepared clients or remind BD in case of field visit
- Arrange product display in coordination with vendor staff / Samples/ information
- Ensure billing of closed leads from BD or Quotation generated leads
- Expected delivery of billed material on Committed time line
- Should have stock idea from or time of expected delivery from vendor to update expected delivery /billing to BD or Coordinate with vendor for not known products
- Act as Catalyst/support to enhance Sales of BDE/SM

Branch
- Support to Branch to Track Deliverables like Sales /leads / internal customer activation/confirmed billing/delivery
- Track consultant benefits disbursal or pay outs and update SM and Accounts

Operations
- Act as Link between accounts/vendor and Team
- Vet rate/material from accountant and material from BD/SM before quotation generation
- Track billing of closed sales and not billed stock items and expected billing of not billed item and update BDE/ SM/ Client
- Track or take delivery confirmation of each client from vendor and maintain data.
- Track status of quoted leads and follow up
- Follow sales materialization /Billing /delivery Vs Closed sale and Publish
- Experience 2-3 years in Coordination and Sales Support.
- Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Interested to call and support people
- Graduate with Good Communication skill
- Wiling ness to learn and adaptability
- Relation Management experience and ability to support team
- Multitasking capability and willingness to help
- Strong analytical Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹225,000.00 per year
