Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Kandivali, Mumbai

Experience: 3 to 8yr

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Administration:
Prepare and manage sales-related documents, including quotations, proposals, and contracts.

Process and track orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.

Maintain and update the CRM system with customer information, order details, and sales activities.

Generate regular sales reports and analytics to track performance and provide insights to the sales team and management.

Customer Relationship Management:
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure customer orders are manufactured and delivered according to schedule.

Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.

Internal Coordination:
Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure alignment on order fulfillment and customer needs.

Schedule and organize sales meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.

General Administrative Support:
Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the sales department, including scheduling, filing, and document management.

Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the sales team as necessary.

Assist the Sales Manager with additional tasks as needed to support the overall sales function.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 4 years (preferred)
- sales coordinator: 4 years (preferred)
