**You’ll make a difference by**:

- Coordination with Recruiter in case of any deficiency in the documentation and HR related information.
- Coordination with Hiring Manager in case of DOJ movement.
- Coordinating with Nexus and IT team for any technical issue.
- Ensure process timelines are adhered ensuring Day 1 Readiness. Better team coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications like Word and Excel
- Information about Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and MS Office.
- Excellent English language skill -Spoken & Written
- Superlative interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with the new employees & Hiring Managers.

**Your success is grounded in**:

- Have minimum 3 years’ experience as an Onboarding Specialist, or a relevant HR role. Bachelors degree is the mandatory requirement..
- Should be able to multi-task, managing both operations activities and special projects..
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Ability to coordinate and complete tasks as per schedule..
- Demonstrated effectiveness in working with customers.
- Highly energetic and ”Go-getter”.
