- Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding immigration and visa processes.
- Explain services related to study visas, PR, and tourist visas.
- Schedule appointments for walk-ins or counseling sessions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain proper records in CRM.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills (Fluent in English/Hindi/Punjabi preferred).

- Basic computer knowledge.
- Should be confident and target-oriented.
