We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Associate to join our company. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in implementing and optimizing marketing strategies to promote our brand, attract customers, and drive sales. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, manage digital marketing channels, and analyze campaign performance. This position requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.

**Responsibilities**
- Marketing Campaign Execution:

- Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling marketing collateral, including graphics, videos, and written content.
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
- Digital Marketing Management:

- Manage the brand's digital presence, including website content, social media platforms, and online advertising.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the website.
- Optimize digital marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates and achieve marketing goals.
- Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Analyze marketing data and campaign results to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive marketing strategy and decision-making.
- Content Creation and Copywriting:

- Write compelling product descriptions, blog articles, and other marketing materials to attract and engage the target audience.
- Ensure all marketing content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style.
- Relationship Building:

- Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and industry partners to develop mutually beneficial partnerships and amplify brand reach.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through social media engagement, customer feedback, and community management.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an ecommerce.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, channels, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, digital advertising tools, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with copywriting abilities.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and analyze marketing data.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
